At DiceViceGrip, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our EverGrip Carve and EverGrip Pro knives against manufacturing defects. This warranty is a testament to our commitment to providing you with reliable, high-performance tools for your kitchen.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship that arise during the lifetime of the product. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cracks in the blade or handle that are not the result of impact or misuse.

  • Defects in the handle’s fit and finish.

  • Issues with the blade’s integrity under normal use.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dulling of the blade from regular use, and cosmetic discoloration that occurs over time.

  • Improper Use or Misuse: Using the knife for purposes other than its intended use, such as prying, chopping bone, or other forceful applications.

  • Accidental Damage: Dropping the knife, impact damage, or other accidents.

  • Improper Care & Maintenance: Rust or corrosion due to improper washing (e.g., leaving it in the sink, dishwasher use), improper storage, or failure to dry the knife after washing.

  • Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Any alterations or repairs made by someone other than DiceViceGrip.

How to Make a Claim:

If you believe your EverGrip Carve or EverGrip Pro knife has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Warranty Claim.”

  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include:

    • Your full name and shipping address.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Photographs of the knife, clearly showing the defect.

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

Our Commitment:

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information and may request that you ship the product to us for inspection. If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair the knife, replace it with a new one, or offer a product of equal value if the original is no longer available.
